Refund Policy

We want you to be fully confident in your decision to subscribe to The Med School AI. This Refund Policy applies to Pro Quarterly and Pro Annual subscriptions purchased directly from us.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment for a Pro subscription, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion and are typically considered only on grounds of duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, or material service failure on our end.

2. How to Request

Email support@themedschool.app from the email address on your account, with subject line "Refund request" and your order ID or registered email. We respond within 2 business days.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time taken to reflect in your bank/card statement depends on your bank or card network and is outside our control.

4. Renewals

Automatic renewal charges are not covered by the 7-day window. You can cancel renewals at any time from Settings to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued where the account has been suspended for violation of our Terms of Service, or where abuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated refund requests are detected.
