Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software-as-a-service platform operated under the brand "The Med School AI" (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

The Med School AI is a digital education platform that provides medical-exam preparation content (question banks, flashcards, notes, mock tests) and an AI-powered tutor for students preparing for NEET PG, FMGE, USMLE, INICET, NEET UG, and related examinations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and consents to your use of the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Sharing accounts or attempting to circumvent device limits violates these Terms and may result in suspension.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a quarterly or annual basis through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 7-day refund window on first-time Pro subscriptions. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) scrape, copy, or redistribute Service content, (b) use the AI Tutor to generate content that infringes third-party rights, (c) reverse-engineer the Service, or (d) use the Service for clinical decision-making with real patients.

7. Educational Use Only

Content on The Med School AI — including AI Tutor responses — is for educational and exam-preparation purposes only. It is not medical advice and must not be used as a substitute for professional clinical judgement or patient care.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and design on the Service are owned by The Med School AI or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal exam preparation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
