1. Agreement
By purchasing or using ThemedSchool.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.
2. Products and licence
Products are digital educational files. Each purchase grants one learner a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for lifetime personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload to sharing platforms, or use the files for commercial teaching without written permission.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts found sharing purchased files may be suspended.
4. Payments
Prices are shown in USD and processed by our payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
5. Educational disclaimer
All content is for education and revision only. It is not medical advice and must not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions. Always follow current guidelines, local protocols and qualified supervision.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, revise or retire products and may modify these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Files you already own remain accessible in your library.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
